Pitot tubes are modelled for this aircraft, and the static elements which include wheel chocks, pitot cover and sights props are also modelled.
Pilot Model
The modeler must first create the ‘Pilot’ model. The Pilot model is the 3D model of the virtual pilot who will be controlling the aircraft. The Pilot model is located in the ‘Pilot Model’ folder on the ‘Aircraft’ tab of the FSX ‘Configure’ menu.
The Pilot model must have 5 pre-defined key-bindings to represent the default controls for the aircraft. These key-bindings will be the basis of the virtual controls and will allow the user to change the key-bindings if need be.
Once a Pilot is created the virtual cockpit can be placed into position, and the first virtual cockpit is given a driver. The virtual cockpit driver will be the account that will be credited any money earned for flying the aircraft. The second cockpit is given a virtual pilot and the last two cockpits are not assigned drivers.
The first virtual cockpit must be assigned to an aircraft type in order to assign a default key-bindings for that aircraft. The pilots of the aircraft (the real pilots of the aircraft) must be assigned to a cockpit. These pilots must have a cockpit assigned to them. The pilots assigned to the first virtual cockpit will be default controls.
The virtual cockpit and real pilots must be attached to each other. The real pilots of the aircraft should be located in the cockpit, although this is not mandatory. The real pilots are at the level of the real
