South Florida Fashion Academy is a private dual-enrollment middle and high school offering personalized learning plans. Located in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, SF/FA prepares students for success in a safe, inclusive and collaborative learning environment in which students can tap into their full creative potential and flourish. As the region’s leading private academy, students are equipped with the tools to work on groundbreaking projects with emerging and globally recognized companies.
Students collaborate with and learn from some of the most cutting-edge brands and professional leaders in the fashion and beauty industries as a key part of their education at South Florida Fashion Academy. Our dual-enrollment programs allow students to graduate with their high school. diploma while providing them with the skill sets, knowledge and practical experience needed to begin a career in the fashion and beauty industries.
Students who attend South Florida Fashion Academy have the opportunity to unlock their potential in fashion design, fashion merchandising, sustainable fashion design, makeup artistry, cosmetology, barbering, skin care, nail technology, and business/entrepreneurship. Our team of administrators are dedicated to educating the next generation of entrepreneurs and trailblazers in the business, fashion and beauty industries.
Fashion Runway Shows
At South Florida Fashion Academy, our fashion design students create annual fashion collections and present them to fashionistas on the runway across Fort Lauderdale and Miami. From Art Basel to Miami Fashion Week, Fort Lauderdale Fashion Week to LOUD Week and Miami Swim Week, our middle and high school fashion design and beauty students get real-world. experience.

Dear Future Industry Professional,
It is with great honor that I welcome you to South Florida Fashion Academy’s elite institution for aspiring artists. A career as an industry professional is accompanied by an ever-changing work environment, constant excitement, lucrative income and creative freedom amongst a host of other beneficial attributes.
With an extensive background working in education as well as the fashion and beauty industries over the last two decades, I'm proud to continuously deliver tailored curriculum's to our students at South Florida Fashion Academy. Our faculty and staff offer rich knowledge and experience, with whom share one common goal; to birth the next generation of business, fashion, and beauty professionals. We prioritize educating our students in all academic subjects required by the state of Florida. SF/FA offers a multitude of electives that are informative, fun and aimed to prepare your child for the ‘real world.'
