The style of game is a cross between the ARPG and the action RPG. The game starts with the player equipping a class and creating their own character, and then moves on to a battle situation.

The Battles
○Fights between the character and various monsters take place in stages with various types of monsters and other enemies.

Skills are divided into three levels. The higher the skill level, the higher your attack power. This is the base for the development of your characters.

The fantasy world of the Lands Between was designated as a realm of the heavenly world of a group called “The Seven.” “Strange beings” called “The Darkness” enter this world. Living independently, the adventurers of the Lands Between undertake quests together with other adventurers of the same profession and work to reveal the secrets of the “Seven,” destroy “The Darkness,” and clear the way for the human race and the heroine destined to protect the country.
With the creation of specialised armour and weapons, you can use different equipment combinations to create your character, as long as you meet the requirements. Furthermore, in Elden Ring, you can also fight for the equipment desired by your character in the world of the Lands Between and create strong equipment according to your character’s requirements.
The support of heavy-armed armour, you can inflict heavy damage on enemies without exposing yourself to them, bringing great value to your heavy sword and its combination with armours. As for sword skills, you can use heavy-armoured weapons in a particularly aggressive way to injure or even kill the enemy.
Through a large number of unique recipes, you can create and distribute specialised weapons and armours for other weapons and armours, as you level up skills, strengthening the bonds of friendship between players.

Elden Ring Activation [Mac/Win]
When I started playing I was a bit upset with the presentation. For one, it’s not the typical RPG silver age presentation of coin and barter.
When I started playing I was a bit upset with the presentation. For one, it’s not the typical RPG silver age presentation of coin and barter.
So what you get is a heavily stylized look for both combat and exploration. It’s not what you’d expect for a Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest but it’s clear the developer had a distinct vision for this game. It’s also refreshing to see how specific they are about their presentation. The game is very well themed from the world created to gameplay elements such as loot drops that show it was well thought through.
The world is also pretty immense and you can see small references to the other areas you’ll be visiting through a brand or map. The initial area to enter is blocked by gates and the labyrinthine paths of what I assume is the game’s equivalent of a final boss fight are adorned with some pretty amazing graphics. It’s very reminiscent of early Final Fantasy games and the main menu is very much focused on the atmosphere and presentation.
Your home base looks just as great as the combat and exploration, though it’s a bit more earthy and well, homey. Your home is a simple metal platform with a giant you are suspended on which you have access to areas where you can rest and be out of combat. There’s also a workshop with mining and crafting areas to supplement your health and magical boosts as well as a bank with the ability to save your progress and be able to carry it to other worlds in addition to being able to block for a short time the effects of monsters and other players.
It’s a very clean and simple design. It’s very reminiscent of early Final Fantasy games but with a twist. There’s no trading or merchants here, it’s more about honing the skills that makes up the main characters and then fighting! The game doesn’t get quite as old school at that point. The combat is in a third person view with a sort of Unreal Engine look and feel to it. I didn’t really notice any slowdown as I was using a controller. At one point where the main character’s mom died, I paused the game and the mouse cursor was at the edge of the screen. I quickly switched back to it and a new menu came up to allow me to rescue her from the dungeon.
It’s a very clean and simple design.
