We hypothesize that the outcomes of AD treated in the ED are better than in the inpatient setting. All patients who underwent EVAR from 2000 to 2010 in our institution were identified. The decision to perform EVAR was made on clinical grounds. Records were reviewed for demographics, indication for EVAR, anatomic factors, and outcomes. A total of 54 patients underwent EVAR.
