AutoCAD and PostScript are the standards for 2D CAD (originally called Computer Aided Drafting). Some people also use AutoCAD for 3D modeling.

There are a number of open-source CAD software solutions available that are less expensive than AutoCAD. The main open source CAD software solutions are FreeCAD and OpenSCAD.

Autodesk’s recent acquisition of MakerBot and the introduction of the 3D printer and 3D scanner Additive Manufacturing, combined with the open source software FreeCAD and OpenSCAD have created a niche for CAD for non-professionals.

Furthermore, breast milk samples were collected from different groups of lactating women and the levels of these metabolites were estimated by HPLC method. The amount of GMP in the milk samples collected from women aged below 25 years was found to be 1.25 +/- 0.29 microg/mL which increased with increasing maternal age. GMP levels decreased significantly with increasing maternal age. The levels of GMP were significantly higher than that of GDP and IDP. The levels of GMP were significantly higher than those of GDP and IDP in all the samples. The study concluded that GMP is the predominant purine nucleoside triphosphate in human breast milk.
