In AutoCAD 2020, our User Guide has been refreshed to improve readability and add new content. A new edition is included in the AutoCAD product that includes a PDF version of the User Guide, 2D/3D drawing files, tips, troubleshooting information, and examples.

Check the User Guide version number before upgrading to the latest release of AutoCAD. If you are upgrading from an earlier version of AutoCAD, you may need to download a new edition of the User Guide.

Windows HMI (Hardware Management Interface) is a graphical front-end for automation functions in AutoCAD. The Windows HMI API provides a simple method of running scripts and commands using VBScript. This is useful for quick and complex operations which could be difficult to do in a command window.
Windows HMI is not the same thing as Windows scripting. The Windows HMI APIs use Visual Basic script rather than Visual Basic.NET.

Sharks host Fly-in

WILMINGTON – The Wilmington Sharks are excited to host the 10th annual University of Delaware Fly-in for Fly Fishers.

The two-day event will be held at the University of Delaware from May 24-25, and is open to all students and faculty. Both days will feature seminars, clinics, demonstrations and networking, as well as a fish clean-up to help students learn about the natural environment and some of the best fishing spots in the area.

Dartmouth College and the University of New Hampshire have both made arrangements to house the event, and the University of Delaware will be providing lodging and transportation for all participants.

“We are excited to be hosting the first Fly-In for Fly Fishers in Delaware,” said Wilmington Sharks team owner Mike Fickes. “We have a great location, and I am looking forward to bringing some of the top out-of-state fly fishers to the area.”
