I have cloned a git repo to a folder on my server, added it to the remote origin, and pushed to master on my server.
Now I want to commit and push to my github repo.
I can’t figure out how to do that, since I get a error telling me that I have a different github address.
To solve this I tried to create a new repo, commit and push to it, but that didn’t seem to work.
Also, when I commit, it says “nothing to commit”.

If you are looking to push to GitHub your repo, make sure you have the URL for your GitHub repo in the Git Credentials.
In the cloned repo on your server, go to your remote origin and type git remote show origin. Make sure that the remote repo URL is the same as the one you specified for the GitHub repo.
