How do you round-trip your sql data back into the oracle database to recreate the tables?

I have a local oracle database installed on my machine. The sql tables need to be recreated to restore the database to a known state. I have been able to get the sql data that created the tables into a text file. The contents look like this:

create table B (B_ID integer not null, B_NAME varchar2(100), B_FILL char2(1000), primary key (B_ID));
