But since DATEADD/DATEDIFF result of that is a string (day/month), you need to convert them to a proper date/time format in your ORDER BY clause.

If you want to do this in one SQL statement, then it’s a bit tricky. You can’t do this in SQL Server as of today. If you want to convert your DATETIME to DATE, then you need to do a bit of math. Then you can use ORDER BY in a SELECT statement to do what you want.
So first you have to convert the DATETIME to the proper date:
