the timing of this message is most unfortunate, as this week we learned that my dear friend c.t. fletcher, who has been fighting a long battle with heart issues, and most of all a long battle with cancer, has passed away. i have said it before and i will say it again – c. was a majestic spirit. he was far more than a friend or trainer. he was an incredibly special and amazing human being who was a giant inspiration to so many of us. he had a big heart. he gave his all and he loved. he taught us so much about life and about the true meaning of fitness and the true meaning of family. i will miss him.
