South Florida Fashion Academy Returns to Class For The 2025-2026 Academic School Year
The teachers, staff, faculty and students returned to South Florida Fashion Academy recently to kick off the 2025-2026 school year! With a sprawling, expansive school campus in Lauderdale Lakes with bright creative students attending Monday through Thursday, in grades 6th-12th, SF/FA is excited to enter into its fifth year of educating middle and high school students in Broward County. During this new academic school year, under the leadership of SF/FA Executive Director, Taj McGill, the faculty are excited to continue providing personalized learning plans for each student. SF/FA is proud to work with young, developing high school athletes, artists, and students who need flexible schedules, to ensure they receive their core education while also being able to pursue their extracurricular activities or budding new career in fashion or entertainment.
Many students and families may find themselves frustrated with the traditional school model and that’s why innovative private schools like South Florida Fashion Academy for Grades 6-12 offer a comprehensive academic curriculum including core subjects (Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies) as mandated by the Florida Department of Education while also offering creative students a variety of elective programs via our dual-enrollment program. From fashion design to cosmetology, nail technology, barbering, makeup artistry, beauty skincare, business/entrepreneurship, media/journalism, HVAC, plumbing and beyond, SF/FA offers its full-time students elective programs to begin studying trade school skills as early as sixth grade so they can ultimately graduate with their high school diploma and be prepared to begin their career right out of high school.
Step-up Scholarships are available to all Florida resident students and one of our professional Academic Advisors can assist parents and families with properly enrolling at South Florida Fashion Academy and getting tuition covered through Step-Up Student Scholarships.
